Tagetes essential oil is a component of the ointment, has antifungal and antibacterial properties. Tagetes oil with its action soothing tension perfectly calms our body and brightens the mind. It is very helpful in respiratory ailments. It has a soothing effect on cough and lowers blood pressure. It has anti-inflammatory properties directly on the skin. It also has insect-repellent properties. It is added as a component of fragrances in ointments and creams.

To be used correctly oil concentrates should be diluted in proportions to produce perfumes.

Dosage:

The most durable perfume extracts contain up to 40% of oils (usually 25%).

ESDP (Esprit de Parfum) contain 15-30% oils.

EDP Eau de Parfum contain 12-25% oils

Eau de Toilette (EDT) contain 6-18% oils

Colognes contain about 5-7% oils.

Aftershaves contain 2-4%.

Refreshing waters, i.e. mists - up to 5%.

To create your own perfume or aromatic water, you should mix the oil compositions with alcohol, usually 80%, and leave it in a dark place for at least 3 weeks. It is advisable to shake the perfume bottle at least once a day in order to better mix the oil with alcohol.

After 3 weeks, the perfume is ready for use.
