Choya Loban attar is obtained by solvent extraction from benzoin. In this procedure, benzoin is turned on and then heated in a special clay pot to create this oil. Ancient Indian distillers invented what we now call destructive distillation. In this procedure, they harvested fresh gums that had a greater tendency to recover the oil with at least a 20% yield. The oil was produced by the method of direct heating, in which the consolidated drops of the oil hit the side of the neck of the vessel.

Since ancient times, people have used the Choya Loban attar to make "Havan Samagri" incense, which is used to offer prayers to God and obtain blessings for their growth and health. This attar is widely used as part of various holy places by devout persons for religious purposes. It has an exceptionally warm, strong and vanilla scent.
It is also distinguished by the botanical name Styrax Tonkinesis. In historical times, people used it as part of the Havana Samagri manifestation and incense to offer prayers to God. In Asian countries such as Thailand, Sumatra, Indonesia.
This attar can be used as one of the ingredients of the composition or forms a concentrate on its own to produce perfumes. It is also perfect for those who want to make natural incense.
An important component of this composition is sandalwood.

Choya Loban Attar is combined with other essential oils such as: labdanum, ambergris, opoponax, styrax, sandal, and creates a good combination with floral and fruity fragrances.
