Allspice essential oil is also known as pimento berry essential oil. The warm, spicy aroma of allspice oil is similar to that of clove and cinnamon essential oil. The high content of Eugenol is partly responsible for this similarity.

The oil is often used in men's perfumery compositions

goes well with: orange, bergamot, cypress, cinnamon, citrus oils, pepper oil, woody notes of pine, as well as many floral notes.

To be used correctly oil concentrates should be diluted in proportions to produce perfumes.

Dosage:

The most durable perfume extracts contain up to 40% of oils (usually 25%).

ESDP (Esprit de Parfum) contain 15-30% oils.

EDP Eau de Parfum contain 12-25% oils

Eau de Toilette (EDT) contain 6-18% oils

Colognes contain about 5-7% oils.

Aftershaves contain 2-4%.

Refreshing waters, i.e. mists - up to 5%.

To create your own perfume or aromatic water, you should mix the oil compositions with alcohol, usually 80%, and leave it in a dark place for at least 3 weeks. It is advisable to shake the perfume bottle at least once a day in order to better mix the oil with alcohol.

After 3 weeks, the perfume is ready for use.
